In the beginning
From the initial stages, collaboration was key. Working closely with developers, stakeholders, and users, we sought to understand the pain points faced in traditional mortgage processes. This involved conducting user research, gathering feedback, and iterating on designs to ensure our solution met diverse needs.
Broker-centred design
We employed a broker-centered design approach, creating intuitive interfaces that guide our mortgage intermediaries through the mortgage journey, from application to approval and beyond. Features like automated eligibility checks and personalized guidance help demystify the often complex mortgage experience. This not only enhances user engagement but also contributes to smarter financial decisions.
Incorporating the latest technology
